APPLICATION AND CHARACTERISTICS

       Drum chipper series products are special equipment for the production of wood chips, this product is widely used in particleboard factory, medium and high density fiberboard factory, wheat stalk factory, biological power plant, wood chip machine factory and other industrial and production plant production in the material preparation section of the preferred equipment.

      This product has advanced structure, high cutting quality, wide adaptability of raw materials and easy operation and maintenance. The main raw materials for cutting are small wood, wood harvesting, processing leftovers (such as branches, branches, boards, roots, log cores, waste veneer, etc.), and can also be used to cut non-wood raw materials (such as sugar cane, reed, bamboo, etc.).


WORKING PROCEDURES

1, first of all, clean up the entire work site and remove debris.

2, the wood to be processed is placed neatly, but also carefully clean out the nails, iron wire, soil, stones and other debris in the wood, so as not to damage the equipment. 

3. Check whether the host belt and transport belt are suitable, whether there is damage, whether the flying knife and the bottom knife are fastened, and whether there is debris inside the host.

4, after the power supply, first start the discharge conveyor, and then start the cutter roller (main engine) motor; Feed roller motor, finally start the feed conveyor. When starting each equipment, it is necessary to focus on the operation of the machine, find problems and stop in time, and do not run with disease.

5. After idling for about 10 minutes, a small amount of feeding test is carried out first, and no abnormal conditions can be formally put into operation.

6, the feeding speed should be uniform, the wood specifications should be the same, the direction of the wood should be consistent, to prevent the length of slices or the increase of debris, and timely adjust the feeding roller height to adapt to the size of the wood.

7, in the work to timely clean up the scattered wood and slices, and pay attention to the operation of the equipment.

8, finish the work, first stop the feed conveyor, stop the feed roller motor; After the machine stops, check the bearing parts of each machine and the blade pressing condition, and cut off the power supply when the machine is in normal condition.

9, under normal circumstances every six months should check the host knife roller and other parts of the bearing situation, to see whether it needs to adjust or replace the grease, check the reducer box bearing, gear wear, whether to replace the lubricating oil. Clean the chain and refuel, three months to check the oil quality of the oil pump, or add hydraulic oil or replace it.
