3. Before use, fill the pendulum needle wheel reducer with 46 # oil according to the logo.

4. The rubber ring on the ventilation hood of the machine reducer is removed completely as shown in Figure 1 before use.

5. Prepare abrasive material (oil): 5kg of raw material + 1.5kg of waste oil + 1kg of fine sand fully mix well.Oil can be recycled, maintain the amount of oil in the oil can be sufficient, when the oil amount is insufficient, the waste oil can be mixed well and continue to use.

6. Find a professional electrician to connect the power supply correctly by pressing the code on the electric control box.

7. After the power supply is successfully connected, first start the circulating oil pump switch, after the normal circulation of the machine granulation switch, do not worry to feed, to hear the "bang", the machine started successfully feed the mixed abrasive, the machine repeatedly grinding for 40 minutes, the normal production after the template hole is smooth.

8. After each startup, before and after the normal production, please drop the remaining particles in the hole with oil to prevent the hole plugging.
