Vertical ring die wood pellet mill is a kind of machine processing with high processing precision, high hardness, mature and stable technology. Actually it is not easy to broken even working in very dusty and dirty condition, but it not means that no requirements on material size and moisture, too high or too wet moisture of raw material all can effect the wood pellet making capacity. So suitable moisture should be 10-15%, and size of material should less than biomass pellet diameter.

Of course, there are some other reasons that effects the capacity as following: 

1. Customer not grinding the new die well. Before use the machine, customer must use sawdust, oil and sand grinding the new die minimum 20-30minutes. 

2.  Sawdust moisture too high. 

3. Mould compression ratio too high or too small for customer sawdust.
