VERTICAL RING MOLD PELLET MACHINE:

FLAT MOLD PELLET MACHINE:

1,The mold rotates, the press wheel is stationary, the feed is vertical, and the feed is direct, but due to the rotation of the mold, the extruded molding particles will follow the mold for two times, resulting in poor particle molding effect.

2 The material above the plate die is covered, and the finished particles with higher temperature are below. The whole pressing chamber is relatively closed, and the heat dissipation and cooling effect is not ideal, which is not conducive to the service life of the bearing and the wear cycle of the wearing parts.
