MIXING MACHINE INTRODUCTION

  SHJ is Single-shaft mixer, SSHJ is double shaft mixer. The mixer is widely used in mixing the powder raw material in many industries, such as feed factory, breed aquatics factory, chemical factory, food factory and flourmill and so on. The mixer can let the materials mix evenly and ensure the quality of the feed. The SHJ single shaft mixer and SSHJ double shaft mixer are horizontal and a batch-by-batch type mixer. It has the special rotor stricture and high degree of homogeneity. There is the wide -door or full-opened door at the bottom, no residual after discharge materials out. Both the ends of machines are designed double deck, avoid to leakage materials; The discharge outlet can been controlled by pneumatic (also dynamic electric or manual), making the action more accuracy and sealing function much better. The oil/ water pipe is installed inside the machine. The whole structure is reasonable, nice appearance. It is convenient for operation and maintenance.

  This mixer is widely used in mixing the powder, granule ect ,various liquid can be added. Now it is widely used in animal feed industry, fertilizer industry, aquatic product breeding, chemical industry, aquatic product breeding, medicine and so on. It has two feeding door on top, one is used to add main materials , the other is used to add additive. the output door is manual or pneumatic to discharge. Also it contains liquid pump, which can add liquid , when liquid spray to mixer ,will become steam, making high mixing efficiency. Mixing time is short (3-6minutes/batch). Adding input and output time, the mixing time is about 15-20minutes per batch(full load working), it can mix 3-4times per hour. The degree of homogeneity is high(cv is smaller than 5%)
