       ——Machine used by the customer: 2*132KW pellet machines

       Problem: The customer's raw materials are all very light wood shavings, mixed with some wood strips and wood chips. After these raw materials enter the pellet machine, they will block the feed port, resulting in less feed and low output.

       Solution: After we asked the customer's workers to remove the two lifting knives in the pellet machine, the feed port blockage phenomenon basically disappeared and the output was also increased.

       Yesterday we tested two pellet machines in the factory. The first pellet machine has an hourly output of 2060kg, a working current of 200A, and the raw material is wood shavings. It ran for two hours. The second pellet machine has an hourly output of 1550kg, a working current of 200A, and the raw material is wood shavings. The customer is very satisfied with the output.
