Its output is 3 -4 tons/hour, the highest output pellet machine we have developed so far. This includes the fact that based on the feedback from customers around the world and the technological innovation of our factory engineers, we looked for new and old empowerment points, broke through the old thinking framework, and finally developed this new ninth-generation 250kw850.

First and most importantly, we replaced the reducer chassis with a new one. There are four gears from the motor to the main shaft, each of four different types.

The second is to optimize the oil circuit arrangement of the reducer chassis to make maintenance and lubricating oil more stable. We also increased the volume of the cooling fan so that the lubricating oil can increase the cooling base per unit time and maintain the stability and long-term operation of the reducer.

We changed the materials of the mold and pressure roller to use 65 manganese steel, which significantly improved the operational stability and service life.

The design of lowering the material puts less pressure on the pelletizing chamber, and also makes it more convenient to replace the mold press of the pellet machine, which enhances the user experience.

The most important point is that we use a permanent magnet synchronous motor, which reduces the consumption of converting electrical energy into kinetic energy inside the motor, and the operation is more stable, with an average power saving of up to 20%. If the customer needs it, we can also install this motor to 132kw. Or on a 160kw 560 pellet machine.
