Introduction with 220kw XGJ850

The pellet machine is mainly consisted of base, gear box, bearing chamber, discharging material part, motor, roller assembly and mould. When working, Material vertically fall to the frame plate from inlet, and the material is scattered evenly and continuously on the inner appearance of ring die by the rotating frame plate (the vertical touching side of the roller and die), under the grinding of the rollers the powder material go through the holes of the die (holes that evenly settled in the inner face of the die). 

*Raw Material

The raw material to make pellets can be wood branch, stem, wood bark and other wood waste; rice husk, sunflower husk, peanut shell and fruit shell; a variety of crop stalks; Rubber, cement, ash and other chemical materials, such like low adhesion rate, hard or soft materials.

*Application

XGJ850 220kw 2.5-3.5T/H wood pellet machine can be used in wood processing plants, fuel plants, fertilizer plants, chemical plants etc. Since it requires less investment and yield quicker result and that no risk, this series biomass pellet mill is an ideal dense compression molding equipment.
