When you prepare a dryer on the pellet production line, you also need to prepare a hot air stove and burner. Our pellet burner can provide sufficient heat and can also circulate with the pellet production line. The produced pellets can also provide sufficient raw materials for the burner.

       Our burners include 60, 90, 120, 180, 240 to 6 million kcal pellet burners. The internal furnace can reach a high temperature of 700°-800°, and the flame outlet can reach 1200°. The electrical control cabinet uses PLC touch control, fully automatic control, and has a Chinese and English bilingual interface for easy control.

       Burners with smaller calories require manual dust cleaning once a day. Automatic dust cleaning equipment will be installed on burners with a capacity of 180w or above.

       The pellet burner is integrated with corundum castables, plus refractory bricks and fireproof cotton to ensure the internal temperature of the burner and a higher safety factor.
