Factory inventory equipment test: second-hand flat die pellet machine

    We always have second-hand flat-die pellet machines in our inventory. In order to confirm the overall condition of the pellet machine and check the circuit, we will test the machine at intervals and take some photos for promotion.

    This test is our second-hand 30kw pellet machine with a capacity of 300-400kg. The test raw material is sawdust. During the test, the machine ran well. First use abrasives to grind the mold and pressure wheel once, then put in sawdust, which performed well in the test. However, since the materials are fed manually, the dust from the sawdust on site requires us to wear masks. Therefore, in the pellet factory, the necessity of maintaining the production environment is also very important.
