DAILY MAINTENANCE AND SAFE OPERATION OF THE STUMP CRUSHER

BLADE REPLACEMENT, FRICTION AND DAILY MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT

1. Replace the blade

(1) Cut off the power supply, open the cover, and fix the cutter roll.

(2) Loosen the knife fastening bolt, take down the knife press plate and take out the knife. (3) After cleaning the combination of the knife roll and the flying knife, adjust the flying knife.

(4) Put the flying knife on the pressing knife plate and tighten the fastening bolts (to use a special wrench).

(5) Cover the cover and release the cutter roll. Manually turn the cutter roll to check whether the gap between the cutter and the bottom cutter is suitable.

2, the replacement of the bottom knife

(1) Loosen and remove the two clamping keys on the frame.

(2) The bottom knife has 4 cutting knives, if there is an available blade, the bottom knife can be turned over to use. (3) Clean up the joint surface with the bottom tool holder, put the bottom knife, press the knife plate to adjust the size and tighten the bolts. (Preferably with a special wrench)

(4) The adjustment size of the bottom knife should be based on the gap between the bottom knife and the knife roller (1-10 mm)(5) The replacement and adjustment of the bottom knife and the bottom knife can not be successfully completed at one time, and requires multiple people to cooperate, please pay attention to safe operation.

3, blade grinding

(1) The use of special equipment grinding to ensure the Angle of the flying knife and the bottom knife.

(2) Water must be added to cool the grinding process to prevent the burn hardness from decreasing the bottom. (3) The total amount of polishing of the flying knife shall not exceed 40mm of the width of the new knife (standard blade)(4) The flying knife and the bottom knife shall be replaced at the same time.

(5) The flying knife on the flying knife roll needs to be repaired and replaced at the same time to prevent excessive weight from causing vibration of the main engine.

SAFE OPERATING PROCEDURE

(1) The operator must be familiar with the performance of various devices in the entire slicing process, the use of methods and the entire working procedure.

(2) The operator must wear good labor protection equipment when working, and the operating tools must be safe and reliable.

(3) If you work outdoors, you must check the surrounding environment, use fire prevention measures, and the temporary line must be safe and reliable. (4) The movement at work is required to be smooth, do not use iron tools to operate, in order to prevent personal safety or equipment accidents. (5) In the work to clear the concentration of force, not string, roughhouse, there must be a special person to boot and responsible for supervising the entire production process. (6) Check the operation of the equipment at any time in the work, any abnormal situation should be shut down immediately, and report the situation to the relevant personnel in a timely manner, if necessary, can be recorded in text.

(7) When processing wood, if the large diameter or complex shape is not easy to cut, the reverse or point feeding roller and the wood conveyor should be started immediately to prevent accidents.

(8) Before and after work, check the fastening of easy to loose parts, such as: box cover, wheel cover, etc. (9) It is strictly prohibited to stand in the feeder or touch the material with your hand during work to prevent accidents.
