Basic Understanding of Flat Die Pellet Machine

    The structure of the flat die pellet machine is divided into two parts, the transmission part and the pelletizing part. The transmission part is divided into motor, universal joint and gearbox. The pelletizing part includes the large shaft and pelletizing room (mold, roller and knife)

    The working principle of the flat die pellet machine: the material enters the pelletizing room, and the friction wheel rotates due to the rotation of the die, so that the material is squeezed into the die hole and densified into a cylindrical strip. It is cut by the cutter at the discharge port to form pellets, get out of the pelletizing room.

Application scope of flat die pellet machine:

1.Mainly used in the feed breeding industry, small breeding plants and feed mills such as cattle, horses, sheep, chickens, pigs, rabbits, ducks, geese, fish, ostriches, camels, pigeons, etc.

2.It can be used for the processing and production of animal manure, sludge, biogas residue and other organic fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, compound fertilizers and other fertilizer granules.

3.It can be used for processing and production of biomass energy particles.
