Weekly Product Introduction: Tree Stump Crusher

Introduction to Stump Crusher for Biomass Pellet Production

Our Stump Crusher is designed to efficiently process large tree roots and stumps into uniform 3-5 cm chips, ideal for biomass pellet production. Engineered with heavy-duty blades and a high-torque motor, it tackles tough, irregularly shaped raw materials with ease. The machine features a wide feed inlet and automated hydraulic feeding, ensuring smooth operation and reduced labor costs. Its durable construction guarantees longevity in demanding environments, while safety mechanisms protect operators during use. Suitable for forestry residues, land-clearing projects, or industrial biomass facilities, this crusher maximizes resource utilization and supports sustainable energy solutions. Upgrade your raw material processing with our robust, high-output Stump Crusher—turning challenging waste into valuable feedstock.

Purpose and features

The tree stump crusher is a special equipment for cutting tree stumps in biomass power plants. It is widely used in the material preparation section of various biomass power plants. The main cutting raw material of this machine is wooden stumps. The machine has a reasonable structure, is easy to operate, has high production capacity, and the broken wood piers are safe, reliable and easy to maintain. It is currently a relatively advanced tree stump crushing equipment in the country. Our company can also improve and design this product according to user requirements.

Work program

1. First, clean the entire work site and remove debris.

2. In addition to placing the wood to be processed neatly, it is also necessary to carefully clean out iron nails, iron wires, soil, stones and other debris in the wood to avoid damaging the equipment.

3. Check whether the main machine belt and transport belt are tight and damaged, whether the flying knife and bottom knife are fastened, and whether there are any debris inside the main machine.

4. After turning on the power, first start the discharging conveyor, then start the knife (host) motor; feed motor, and finally start the feeding conveyor. When starting each equipment, pay attention to the operation of the machine, stop the machine immediately if any problems are found, and do not operate the machine while it is sick.

5. After idling for about 10 minutes, conduct a small amount of feeding test first. If there are no abnormalities, it can be officially put into operation.

6. The feeding speed should be uniform, the wood specifications should be the same, and the wood direction should be consistent to prevent slices of different lengths or increased fragments.

7. Clean up scattered wood and slices in time during work, and pay attention to the operation of the equipment.

8. After the work is completed, first stop the feeding and conveying motor, the main knife motor and the discharging conveying motor. After the equipment stops running, and after cutting off the power supply, check the bearings of each equipment and the blade compression to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

9. Under normal circumstances, the bearing condition of the main machine cutterhead and other parts should be checked every shift to see if the grease needs to be adjusted or replaced.
